In Western New York, if you’re a diehard Christian, you most likely have heard of Family Life Network, or FLN, which has hard-to-pick-up signals all over the place on different frequencies. Well, one of their radio hosts, Kurt Goff, is now broadcasting on Christian radio giant WDCX 99.5 FM- Buffalo/Toronto and 990AM Rochester. His daily show, from 3 to 6pm, is called Lifeline and replaces Neil Boron’s “NBL” show, which stopped airing in May.
Goff has been on-the-air on WDCX for a couple weeks now and like Boron, he interviews a lot of book authors on his show, plays some music, and occasionally talks with area pastors and musicians. So, all in all, not much has changed except WDCX has a new afternoon host.
Here at BuffaloChristian.com, we’ve received an onslaught of emails with people very, very concerned about Neil Boron’s show disappearing without any details from WDCX’s management. The other day we got an email from someone we don’t know who seemed to know everything about “what really happened” and why Neil left, but since we don’t know this person, we have no way of knowing if any of what he wrote was true. That said, if you’re like everyone else, you’ve been wondering, “What happened?” We here at BuffaloChristian.com still have no clue what really happened, so that is that.
For now, lets see how we all like the new guy. So far, so good. Here’s a video from Kurt Goff so you get an idea of the face behind the voice you’ll be hearing a lot from these next few months.
