Letters to Neil Boron

Neil Boron is no longer doing a daily talk show on WDCX radio in Buffalo, and a lot of people miss him very much. BuffaloChristian.com has been deluged by people wanting to express themselves regarding this situation– the site went from 100 hits a day to 400 a day, so here are some of the prayerful comments received at primopr716@juno.com:Robert writes: Neil is a friend and very special on his radio show. However often such high profile people are moved along to new places God needs them. I only hope Neil will be back.CQ writes: I did contact Neil through a personal address that has since been deactivated, and he told me he’s doing okay, considering, that he is indeed dealing with some kind of personal/ family crisis, but God is in control. I will continue to pray for Neil and his family.

Carol G writes: Main point, if prayer is needed, please let the praying community know! He truly is a brother, and WDCX is a great “friend”, mightily used of God; we don’t want to lose either, and I’ll be praying for both!

Karen writes: Lets pray for Neil and his family every day, and thank God for all the great things He has done through Neil.

Buck Weazer writes: Hey Neil, I’ll Keep you in Prayer and Like our friend Rich Buehler… God Will help you and the situation that has arisen! Bless you and May God Expand your Tents –Buck…Oh P.S. It is a very quiet ride home!!!

Cristin writes: I do wish him well and miss his show greatly. He was there for me in my time of need and I hope he has the sources he needs to get through this difficult time. His shows were always enlightening, interesting and heartfelt. I’ll keep checking the station in hopes he is able to return.

Suzan writes: If you r reading these Neil, it’s Suzan from Oshawa. I hope for the sake of yourself and your family that all is ok. Whatever crisis you are dealing with, I will pray for God’s will, strength and support. You helped many with your honesty. It was one of the many attributes of yours that I admired. God’s Blessings, a Neil fan eternally.

Doreen Blackburn writes: Neil is a strong Christian who is grounded in the Lord. Let us pray for him during what must be a difficult time.

Carl writes: All I have to say is I miss Neil; the manner he handled certain touchy subjects was I believe professional and scriptural; He did touch many lives.

Vicki Lee writes: Oh My Gosh!! Please bring Neil back…I will be praying for Neil and all concerned. He definitely will be missed by MANY! Love to you Neil & Family

April writes: I am praying for everyone involved to remember our mission and to remember to put on the garment of Jesus Christ and to Glorify God in all we do and say. Praying for everyone involved. If anyone has contact with him, please tell him, ” We love you and miss you my Christian Brother. You inspired me each and every day through proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus.” God Bless.

Darren writes: The WDCX radio programming is not the same without Neil Boron. We need a strong leader who will tackle the tough issues that all Christians are facing. He is a leader, rallying the troops.

Gina writes: In the media biz, people are yanked all the time and it’s nothing personal, always business so they don’t feel any reasoning is needed. It’s a bummer because as a Catholic, I actually enjoyed listening to his sometimes unpopular positions that the traditional Christians would balk at. Happens all the time. Hopefully he is well.

Michelle writes: Neil, I am a faithful Canadian listener. You have helped to strengthen my faith and I want to tell you thank you. May God give you the strength to overcome this situation and may He be magnified even more when the dust clears. I will continue to pray for you and your family.

Elisabeta writes: I am writing on my son’s behalf as well. He’s 13. It’s just the two of us living in Canada. We used to listen to Neil’s show every day on our drive back home from school. This was one of the highlights of our day. Neil touched our lives many, many times, through the choice of topics and the guests he invited. To us it feels like we lost someone very special. We miss him a lot. Thank you for creating this site.

Ann Marie writes: Whatever is happening in Neil’s life at this moment, I trust that God is in control. God is giving him the strength each day that he needs. We miss you Neil.

Jennifer writes: I too will miss Neil’s afternoon show. He has helped me with my walk as a Christian. My afternoons have a significant void and pray that God will help him in his time of need. Neil– if you read this– thank you for all your insight prayers. Keep the faith and keep working out God be with you and your family.
